§ 1 Scope
SCNTSTS UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Münzstr. 10, 10178 Berlin. These terms apply regardless of whether the contractual partner is a consumer or an entrepreneur.
§ 2 Personal Requirements
Minimum age according to event rules. No starting ban. Self-responsible confirmation of training and health. Medical certificate required (no older than 12 months).
§ 3 Registration (Contract Conclusion)
The website is not a binding offer. By clicking "Register now", the participant submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded with a confirmation email or payment request.
§ 4 Costs; Payment Methods; Payment Terms
Gross prices in EUR incl. VAT. Payment due immediately upon contract conclusion.
§ 5 Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of the organiser until full payment. Start only after full payment. No refund for non-participation. Disqualification counts as non-participation.
§ 6 Right of Cancellation by the Organiser
Cancellation possible up to 2 months before the event with < 50 registrations (refund or transfer). Force majeure (pandemic, weather, authorities, safety) = no liability without intent/gross negligence.
§ 7 Liability
Exclusion of liability with exceptions: life/body/health, cardinal obligations, intent/gross negligence. Product liability law remains unaffected.
§ 8 Image Rights
Participants consent to unlimited, free use of photo/film/sound recordings for event reporting and advertising.
§ 9 Publication of Results
First name, last name, year of birth, nationality, gender, team, bib number and results will be published and passed on to third parties (newspapers, UTMB Index etc.).
§ 10 Data Protection
Please refer to the Privacy Policy on this website.
§ 11 Right of Withdrawal; Transfer
No right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g No. 9 BGB. Transfer of the starting place to another person is NOT possible.
§ 12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Exclusive jurisdiction for merchants: Heidelberg.
§ 13 Consumer Dispute Resolution
ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
